I have always had a love for make-up and beauty but my previous career has actually been in Analytics in the finance industry, which I thought was a good idea to get into after doing a Mathematics and Management degree at Loughborough University.
In reality I never enjoyed the job, despite reaching a senior position I still lacked enthusiasm and passion. After having children, I was in a very fortunate position to be able to change my career. It was a massive decision and took a lot of courage but I can honestly say it has been the best decision in my life.
I am now pursuing something I have a huge passion for, I LOVE what I do and as an added bonus it works around family life so I can still be around for my 3 little girls.
